Customized machining solutions are developed for different scenario needs: For construction machinery components, the "forging + heat treatment + turning-milling compound" process is adopted, using 42CrMo high-strength alloy material. After quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness reaches HRC28-32, improving the fatigue resistance of the components. For micro-components of electronic equipment, the combination of precision turning and electrical discharge machining is used, selecting 304 stainless steel or 6061 aluminum alloy to balance precision and lightweight requirements. For high-temperature and corrosive scenarios, special materials such as Inconel alloy are used, combined with vacuum heat treatment technology to ensure stable operation of components in extreme environments.

The customized service system further strengthens the scenario adaptation advantage. In the early stage, a technical team is set up to go deep into the customer's site, investigate the equipment operation conditions, component installation dimensions and performance requirements, and output exclusive machining solutions. For small-batch precision components, rapid prototyping service is provided, with samples delivered within 72 hours. For mass production needs, automated production lines are equipped with robot loading and unloading to realize 24-hour continuous machining, increasing productivity by more than 40%. It can undertake machining of various types of components such as shafts, discs, and boxes, supporting machining of complex structures such as threads, gears, and special-shaped curved surfaces.
